If you would like to reserve a meeting space for your conference

All meeting spaces are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis and will be made available during free time hours from 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm. Meeting rooms will be assigned to the Hyatt Hotel or the Convention Center. The Conference Ministerial Director will be the point of contact for questions or concerns. Click here to reserve a space
