COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY FOR ALL ATTENDEES

Preparations: The health and safety of all attendees and participants at the CALLED Convention are a top priority. During the Convention, we encourage you to care for your health and the health of others. We are monitoring government mandates and policy changes, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, and public health advancements. 

 

·      Mask wearing is very strongly encouraged, especially if you considered a senior and/or have any medical comorbidities. Monitoring yourself for symptoms is integral as well. KN95 or N95 masks will be accessible in the convention center.

·      We highly recommend that each attendee take a covid PCR test within 72 hours of coming to the event and that the test be negative. If you are positive, please do not attend. This will help to assure the highest safety opportunities for the attendees. If you have been exposed to as active Covid 19 infected person, please do not attend even if you are asymptomatic.

·      Wash Hands Frequently: Hand sanitizing stations will be in the Central Bank Center Convention Center for your frequent use.

·      Cover your cough/sneeze.

·      Do not attend any meetings/services if you have any COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, scratchy/sore throat, or loss of taste or smell, nausea, or diarrhea, sneezing or unexplained body aches. Please CALL the medical clinic for information on what to do next.  Meetings will be live streamed for your convenience should you need to view from your hotel room.

·      Contact the convention medical team if you have any medical concerns, questions or need support.

·      Review the list of COVID testing locations in Lexington.

·      Check Session App regularly for updates.

·      We will work with the Convention Center to clean restrooms and public spaces.

  • To provide signage to facilitate traffic flow for the event.

·       To provide hand sanitizing stations throughout Central Bank Center Convention Center.

We will make the necessary adjustments as information concerning the virus continues to develop and will keep you informed.

  

Check-in Process: To promote a safe check-in process, we will provide sanitizing wipes, hand sanitizers and will provide ample room between check-in stations will be provided. Check-in will take place in the Main Street Lobby. We want this to be a safe and joyful experience for all attendees. Thank you for planning to be at the CALLED Convention.
